Regular Clean
Our regular cleaning service can be scheduled weekly, fortnightly or monthly, whatever suits your lifestyle best. This service is ideal for maintaining a consistently tidy and hygienic living space.

Whether you're a busy professional, a family with a full schedule, or simply someone who enjoys a spotless space, regular cleaning gives you peace of mind and more time for what matters most.
Note
- In occasional cases where your home is messier than usual (e.g. after hosting a party or if a pet tracks in mud), our flat rate may not apply to your regular cleaning service. In such cases, our standard hourly rate may be charged instead.
- We do not lift or move heavy items or furniture. Please ensure any areas to be cleaned are accessible prior to the appointment.
- Client or authorised adult must be physically present for the first clean to meet the cleaner and confirm the job. If nobody is present and no prior access arrangement exists, we may reschedule and charge the applicable fee.
- Properties with pet hair require at least one extra hour. Any additional time is billed at our standard hourly rate; very heavy pet hair may incur further time.
- Our services do not offer end-of-lease cleaning and steam cleaning at the moment.
Our Regular Clean Checklist

- Dust all surfaces
- Make beds
- Clean glass
- Decluttering pillows and blankets on sofas
- Dust TV, remotes and speakers
Bathroom
- Clean toilets including disinfecting the bowl, seat, lid and bottom
- Clean the sink, faucet and countertop
- Scrub shower including glass doors, shower wall and floors
- Clean bathtubs
- Clean mirrors
- Wipe down exterior cupboards
Kitchen
- Clean sink and tap
- Clean stovetop, splash back and rangehood exterior
- Clean inside and outside microwave
- Clean exterior cupboards
- Wipe down countertops, the outside of appliances such as refrigerator, oven etc.
- Dust all surfaces
All Other Areas
- Dust all surfaces including furniture, shelves and picture frames
- Dust interior windows, window sills and doors
- Dust blinds
- Disinfect high-touch surfaces such as door handles and light switches
- Empty bins
- Vacuum and mop floors
Regular Clean Pricing

$60/hr
Minimum 4 hours booking
For your very first visit, we perform a deep clean, which is charged at an hourly rate. This gives us the flexibility to tackle whatever needs doing, especially if it's been a while since your last clean. You'll only pay for the time we spend, and we'll always be upfront about how long we expect it to take.

Starting from
$115
Our flat rate is a simple, fixed price based on how many rooms we clean - no surprises, no hidden fees. We'll always work through your checklist thoroughly, even if it takes a bit longer than usual. This rate applies to regular cleans from the second visit onward, as long as your home is in its usual condition. If it's extra messy (like after a party or a muddy pet adventure), we may need to switch to our hourly rate.
