Service Agreement

Before booking with us
  • To ensure accurate pricing and proper service planning, we kindly ask clients to either provide photos of their home or allow us to conduct an on-site inspection prior to the first cleaning.
  • We require clients to provide accurate details about their home when booking. For example, if your home has two bathrooms but only one is included in the booking, our team will clean only the one bathroom listed. Any additional areas not included in the original booking will not be cleaned unless arranged in advance.
  • If clients require any of our additional services, please inform us at the time of booking, as our team may need extra time to complete them. If not arranged in advance, we may not be able to perform these services on the day.
Respect & Professionalism
  • Our team is respectful, trained, and background-checked and we ask that clients treat our cleaners with the same courtesy.
  • Our team may require additional time during your first home cleaning. The duration will vary based on your home's size and current condition.
  • To maintain the high standards of our service, our team will not rush through their work. Please understand that providing excellent results may not be possible within a limited cleaning timeframe.
Cancellation
  • Cancellations must be made at least 24 hours in advance.
  • Repeated last-minute cancellations may result in service refusal.
Access to the property
  • Clients must ensure our cleaners have access to the home at the scheduled time (key, door code, or someone present).
  • Clients must provide free parking for our team. If free parking is not available, any parking fees will be added to your bill.
Health & Safety
  • We do not service properties that pose a potential health or safety risk to our cleaners. This includes, but is not limited to, homes affected by: hoarding situations, the presence of deceased animals or bodily fluids, pest infestations (e.g. rodents, cockroaches, bed bugs) or any unsanitary conditions that may be hazardous to health. If our team arrives at a property and deems it unsafe or unsuitable for service, we reserve the right to decline the job, and a call-out fee may apply.
  • We do not lift or move heavy items or furniture. Please ensure any areas to be cleaned are accessible prior to the appointment.
Distance Policy
  • Our standard service area covers locations within 20 km of St. Kilda and Werribee. If your home is located outside these areas, a travel fee may apply.
Pricing
  • All prices are clearly discussed prior to service.
  • Additional tasks not originally agreed upon may incur extra charges. Please do not request extra tasks outside of the agreed services, as our team is scheduled based on the services booked.
  • In occasional cases where your home is messier than usual (e.g. after hosting a party or if a pet tracks in mud), our flat rate may not apply to your regular cleaning service. In such cases, our standard hourly rate may be charged instead.
Payment Policy
  • Clients are required to make payment after the cleaning is completed. We accept cash and bank transfer. Please ensure payment is made on the same day as the service.
  • Invoices and receipts are available upon request.
