Deep Clean
If your house hasn't been cleaned for more than a month, we recommend booking a deep cleaning service from us to ensure your space will shine.
When we recommend a deep cleaning
- Spring cleaning: for a seasonal refresh and thorough top-to-bottom clean
- Before or after a party or event: to prepare your space or restore it afterward
Note
- We do not service properties that pose a potential health or safety risk to our cleaners. This includes, but is not limited to, homes affected by: hoarding situations, the presence of deceased animals or bodily fluids, pest infestations (e.g. rodents, cockroaches, bed bugs) or any unsanitary conditions that may be hazardous to health. If our team arrives at a property and deems it unsafe or unsuitable for service, we reserve the right to decline the job, and a call-out fee may apply.
- We do not lift or move heavy items or furniture. Please ensure any areas to be cleaned are accessible prior to the appointment.
- Properties with pet hair require at least one extra hour. Any additional time is billed at our standard hourly rate; very heavy pet hair may incur further time.
- Our services do not offer end-of-lease cleaning and steam cleaning at the moment.
Our Deep Clean Checklist
🧚🏼Bedroom and Living Room
- Throughly wipe all surfaces including furniture, shelves and picture frames
- Make beds
- Clean glass/mirrors
- Declutter pillows and blankets on sofas
- Wipe TV, remotes and speakers
Bathroom
- Deep clean toilets including disinfecting the bowl, seat, lid and bottom
- Throughly clean sink, faucet and countertop
- Scrub shower including glass doors, shower wall tiles and floors
- Clean bathtubs
- Clean mirrors
- Wipe down exterior cupboards
Kitchen
- Clean sink and water tap
- Clean stovetop, splash back, exhaust fans and rangehood
- Clean inside and outside microwave
- Clean exterior cupboards
- Wipe down countertops, the outside of appliances such as refrigerator, oven etc.
All Other Areas
- Remove cobwebs
- Thoroughly wipe all surfaces including furniture, shelves and picture frames
- Wet wipe skirting boards, doors and door frames
- Wipe interior windows and window sills
- Wet wipe blinds
- Dust and clean mirrors
- Disinfect high-touch surfaces such as door handles and light switches
- Empty bins
- Vacuum and mop floors including hard-to-reach areas
